kinobody review

Kinobody has surged in popularity, thanks to its aim of sculpting the “Hollywood physique”. With a number of fitness programs, a supplement line, and a flashy YouTube video comparing the founder to Bruce Wayne, the brand has prospered.

See Our Top Recommended Fitness Program for Aesthetics I’ve been helping beginners get lean and ripped for over 10 years. Here’s the program that I recommend for faster transformations.

In this Kinobody review, we’ll peel back the marketing curtain to evaluate its workout programs, supplements, and philosophies on exercise and diet. Stick around till the end to find out if Kinobody is as “legit” as many fitness enthusiasts claim.

About the Kinobody Founder – Greg O’Gallagher

Before diving into the review, we need to take a glance at Kinobody’s founder, Greg O’Gallagher, who leaped to fame with the promise of a “movie star body” without restrictive diets or daily workouts. Here are key milestones in his journey:

  • Viral Stardom: Gained recognition in 2015 with his “Real Bruce Wayne” video, portraying superhero physiques akin to Christian Bale and Brad Pitt.

  • Early Life: From Toronto, the death of his affluent father, Michael O’Gallagher spurred a young Greg to carve his own path.

  • Fitness Foray: Dropped college, worked as a personal trainer, relocated to LA, and began creating online fitness content.

  • Breakthrough: Started the Kinobody brand in 2012, launched the Warrior Shredding and Greek God programs, and achieved over $1 million in sales by 2014.

  • Brand Expansion: Broadened Kinobody with more programs, fitness products, a supplement line, and a clothing brand.

O’Gallagher has faced his share of criticism because he shares methods that appear to be “too good to be true.” He promotes intermittent fasting, and his workouts are nothing but simple, effective compound movements.

But, what makes him stand out is the lifestyle he promotes: living in a mansion, driving expensive cars, eating at the best restaurants, and always having a beautiful woman on his arm like a Hollywood celebrity.

But does all the flash translate to real fitness results? Let’s keep going to find out.

Kinobody’s Physical Stats

It’s a little difficult to nail down, but a few sources on the internet (including O’Gallagher’s videos) have alluded to his physical body stats:

Weight: 175 to 185lbsHeight: 5’10”Body fat: 7 to 9%

Is Kinobody Legit?

is kinobody legit

So is Kinobody’s founder, Greg O’Gallagher actually legitimate? In short – Yes. O’Gallagher’s programs and courses can genuinely decrease body fat percentages and increase muscle hypertrophy for those who follow his teachings.

Are there better programs for achieving Hollywood-like aesthetics? We think so. In many ways O’Gallagher’s training and dieting philosophies are just “good enough” to create real change in your body, but yes, there are better things out there.

Overall, you can rest assured that Kinobody is not a scam artist and the product testimonials and featured transformations are actually real. Of course, you should come to your own decision based on your own independent research in addition to what we share in this Kinobody review.

Our Reviews for the Top Rated Kinobody Courses

In this section, we have quick reviews for each program created by Kinobody.

But before we jump in, you should know something first.

If you’re a guy that wants to gain lean muscle or get noticeably shredded…

You could literally use all the techniques for 59 days, lose a bunch of weight, gain some muscle, and then get a refund if you wanted.

That’s garbage, human behavior, but you could do it.

Second, Kinobody promotes “Alpha, grindset, hustle” B.S.

With blog posts titled “How to Boost Confidence with Alpha Body Language” and videos called “What To Do If A Guy Hits On Your Girl”, you know Greg O’Gallagher is drinking the alpha male Kool Aid.

And unfortunately, dividing male characteristics into Alphas, Betas, Sigmas, Cosines, and Tangents is just downright toxic and can lead to the promotion of insecurity and body dysmorphia.

This kind of mentality bleeds into the brand’s fitness content and just isn’t something we can support.

Superhero X12 doesn’t subscribe to “Alpha male culture” and focuses only to help you improve your body.

You won’t find any tactics to be a “high value male” in SX12, just proven strategies to build the best version of your physique.

Finally, Kinobody is a supplement-pusher.

What sucks is O’Gallagher never used to be like this. There was a time when the founder was very “anti-supplements”, but as the years went on and his brand grew, he ventured into different product lines, and like many fitness brands, discovered the insane profit margins selling pills an powders.

Now, Kinobody takes every opportunity to sell you a supplement that can boost your gains, increase your testosterone, or even give you more help in the bedroom (sheesh).

To clarify, not all supplements are bad, but most are unnecessary and it seems like Kinobody is prioritizing profits over scientific evidence with many of the products.

Superhero X12 shows you how to build an aesthetic body without any supplements at all.

The core of Keith Lai’s program is based on solid nutrition and bulletproof training concepts.

Supplements take a backseat (if they get a ride at all).

Yes, you’ll find a short supplement guide in the program, but he won’t be prying your jaws apart to funnel powders down your throat at every turn.

These are the reasons we recommend Superhero X12 as an alternative to Kinobody:

  • Superhero X12 is affordable at only $49

  • The program doesn’t promote “Alpha male” toxicity

  • You get streamlined strategies to build muscle and lose body fat without supplements

We go into a lot more detail in the official Superhero X12 review.

But don’t take our word for it.

We’re just random internet people.

Check out SX12 for yourself and see if it’s really as good as we claim.
